Printed on demand Some of our books are ‘printed on demand’. This means that copies of certain titles are not kept in stock; they are printed only upon the receipt of orders. Even so, ordered copies can normally be drop shipped from the U.S. East Coast or the London area within two or three days. If you give us a required delivery date, we will check feasibility before accepting your order. Please note that our books come with standard bar codes, but no price either in the bar code or elsewhere on the cover. Dimensions, print quality, and other physical traits may vary slightly among copies of the same title, depending on the print run. Wholesale Terms and Conditions For small orders of our books, you must order from the wholesalers noted in the Ordering Information. For larger orders, we sell books wholesale on the following terms: ■ Minimum order: one full carton of copies per title to a single address. The number of copies that can be accommodated in one carton depends on the unique weight per copy of a single title. It is not possible to combine titles in a single carton. ■ Currency: We charge and collect in US dollars, British Pounds and Euro, based on the list price for your location. ■ Discount for resellers: 35%. For schools and libraries, the discount for any quantity not meant for resale is 20%. ■ Shipping and handling: $8 USD to anywhere in the United States, € 9 to any European country, or $20 USD to most other countries. Free shipping and handling applies to orders of 50 copies or more for a single title to a single address. ■ Payment: All orders must be prepaid. After sending your order, you will receive a request for payment through credit card. ■ Returns: No returns allowed. But we will replace or refund copies that are defective or damaged on arrival.
