Current Projects An orientation study into fishing traditions and the craftsmanship of Aruban fishing boats. A general study on the immigration and social assimilation of Surinamese laborers into Aruba from the 1930’s until present. A collection of biographies of prominent people whose names have been assigned to geographical landmarks such as streets and buildings. Also a collection of stories about certain Aruban neighborhoods and the people who live and have lived there.

Forthcoming Projects Boto Crioyo 2 A broad, in-depth and multidisciplinary study into the history of Aruban fishery - including fishing practices, communities and families, laws and regulations, and so forth. Maishi Rabo A general study into agricultural traditions and the farming of 'maishi chiquito' in Aruba. Lago, the Aruban perspective A general study into the social impact of the Lago refinery on Aruban families and communities from th 1930's to 1950's.
